Almost forgot about my blog..
It's been so long ago, I'm just here to post some recent pictures.

Finally, I'm the proud owner of the HTC Hero. It's lovely, in every way.
Here's some pictures I made with this awesome smartphone.

Very, very long time ago! I don't have any good excuses, i'm just being lazy again.
I drew the ears of a deer. Then I ruined it. How the hell do you draw antlers that don't look like as if a 3 year old drew it?!


P.S. The sentence on the second drawing says "Drawing antlers is difficult."

I'd like to thank all of you (well, the few followers I have) who voted on my picture, but I am already giving up hope. There's a picture with 10 times my number of votes, so it's 100% impossible to win the public prize. Fingers crossed for the judges prize. Ah, wishful thinking!

What I actually wanted to show you guys, is the most cute present ever I got from my boyfriend last weekend. Last saturday we were together for 6 months, hooray! He got me a "Where is Wally?"-travel edition book, which includes all the "Where is Wally?" books in pocket version! It's awesome. I really like the blue rubber band that's around it, keeps it all together. And at the beginning of every other book, there's a checklist! I should take better pictures of it, but I don't have my camera with me, I'll do it later.

I love how Dries remembers what I like :)
I love how we still are in love after 6 months. Even more than in the beginning!

It's been a real long time ago since I posted something (I use this sentence practically all the time on this blog, haha), but I've been very busy the last few days/weeks looking for a job and going to job interviews and that sort of stuff. It's been four months now since I quit school, and I FINALLY got a job! Yay! Guess my expectations were a bit too high when I quit school, I thought this was gonna be so much easier..

Anyway, as I said before, I haven't really got the time to be very creative the past few weeks (and again, no inspiration at all). So I made some pictures of my new Volcom bag I bought yesterday. I'm a sucker for expensive skate brands!

I cut my hair myself (only in the front) and normally my hair is always in a ponytail, so I think I look a bit more girly now :$

Last night I couldn't get any sleep (as usual) so I decided to pick up some pencils again.. It was pretty dark in my room and I was sitting on my bed, completely covered in blankets and surrounded by pillows, but I had fun drawing. I am not good at realistic drawing, but my cat was laying on my bed and I had no inspiration so I drew her. Thanks to my crappy scanner you almost couldn't see the pencil lines on the computer, so I darkened it a bit in photoshop, I think it looks like crap, but hey here it is anyways..

Today my boyfriend Dries and me are together for 5 months and I'm going to visit him today. He told me that he bought me a present and since I am ALWAYS out of money, I thought I'd make something for him myself. I like giving things I made myself as a present, 'cause I know it comes straight from my heart and means much more than something you buy in a store. On the other hand, who doesn't like getting presents?! :D Anyways, I made up a name for Dries a while ago, which is "Drizzly bear" so I drew him a bear. :]


I also wrote something for him on the back of it. I hope he'll like it... Oh, and this one is also ruined by the scanner and photoshop. (I hope he doesn't read this before I get there!)

Again, way too long ago I posted something here.. Guess I'm being lazy old me again :D Anyways, I was bored, so I took my camera and walked around the house a bit in search of something interesting to photograph. Then I saw my cat, staring through the window (animals are ALWAYS interesting to photograph^^). This is the result, the first two pictures really made me laugh..


Yesterday I was less lucky. I went jogging but I was pushing myself too hard, and my legs were already feeling kinda sloppy, and then I triped. Yes, people saw me, what a failure. I was sooo embarrassed :D Anyways, this is how my hands and knees look now..

Since it has been a few days ago that I posted something here, I just wanted to let you all know that Dries threw a frisbee against my lip (not on purpose) and now my lip looks a bit weird..

It's very unusual for me to be up this early. My annoying cough, that comes up every 2/3 months, is killing me at night, I only had 3 hours of sleep or so. I also haven't been smoking in about 4 days, which is pretty impressive for me, but my cough just doesn't seem to go away...

Anyways, I was going through some pictures on my computer, and I came across this one


It is by far my favourite picture of Sofie and me. Just because it shows how we always made the lamest jokes, that was kind of our trademark. Actually it still is, but I haven't seen her in a long, long time. I hate the fact that we live pretty far away from eachother, otherwise it would be so much easier for us to spend some time together again. We used to be in class together, 3 years long. I really miss our good times...

Last weekend my mother bought herself a lovely bush of tulips, so i thought I'd take a few pictures of it. As you can see, I'm not really good at macro photography, but I just gave it a try. Since the sun is shining again, I feel like taking pictures of all kinds of summery things.. Like flowers ^^

Yesterday, I was in the car with Dries, and for some reason I was thinking about ghostriding.
I often like to imagine a word as a drawing, in the literal way. (The coffee spot was from my previous drawing, it got through the page, onto this one...)

Second time I drew with chinese ink. It's the same bird as yesterday, but at this moment I can't draw anything else, and I had to hurry to make this one, 'cause it's a surprise for my boyfriend Dries, I'm seeing him in a couple hours... I hope he'll like it. I also used some coffee to finish the drawing 'cause Dries is kind of addicted to coffee, and I just like it when drawings look sloppy...

I've just recently discovered some very interesting and inspiring bloggers here, so I've decided to make one my own. I hope to rediscover my creativity with this actually, so that I make at least one picture a day and maybe start drawing again, just for fun. A few minutes ago I really had the urge to paint, but since it's been years ago that i've been painting, I couldn't find any paint or pencils nearby. I went looking in the basement and then I found these old plastic strings, called "Scoobeedoo". I wanted to try it again, but also that has been years ago, so I gave up quite quickly as you can see...
